These are the current services that will be provided in 2025.

Gross Motor Therapy Intensive
These visits are 1 to 3 weeks and therapy techniques will be based on what is appropriate for your child. Sessions can range from 1 to 3 hours. These type of intensives address gross motor skills that may be difficult for your child including rolling, sitting, crawling, pulling to stand, or walking. Interventions can include DMI, NMES, Kinesiotaping, and more.
Fine Motor/CIMT Intensive
These visits are 1 to 3 weeks and are 1-2 hours. These types of intensives address fine motor and bimanual skills for the child who has difficulty with using one of their upper extremities. Interventions include utilization of CIMT cast, NMES, strength and endurance, bilateral coordination or bimanual activities, activities of daily living (ADL’s) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL’s), and play.
Weekly Visits
These visits will be custom to the child and focus on the goals set during the first session. They can include gross and fine motor skills. These will be available depending on the intensive schedule for the week.
Telehealth/Online Consults
These visits are available to provide services for those who cannot connect in person. During these visits exercises and activities that will assist the child with occupational participation will be provided.

All DMI intensives and traditional OT services are private pay only. At this time, I do not accept insurance. All invoices will be sent by Square and are HIPAA compliant. A super bill is available upon request. I also accept the Step Up for Students (formerly the Gardiner) Scholarship and DSAJ Inclusion Solutions.

Yes but I now have an office and travel will be limited. In order for me to travel, I would like to book at least 3 children in your area. I also require assistance with lodging while in your area. More information about these services are available upon request.

The child must be 40 lbs. or under for some DMI exercises. If your child is over this weight limit, the exercises may be modified for safety purposes for both your child and myself.

Safety. When it comes to therapy, it is most important that I keep your child and myself safe during all handling. Please be honest with me. If your child is over 40 lbs., then the activities that are completed during treatment may be limited.
